At Tribe Yarns, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unused and unopened items in their original condition. Please note that digital patterns and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused yarn and accessories in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
